NV Don Rodolfo Brut Prosecco

While often compared to Prosecco for its light and fruity style, the Don Rodolfo Brut is actually an Argentinian sparkling wine from Mendoza, not an Italian Prosecco (legally, Prosecco must be produced in specific regions of Northern Italy using at least 85% Glera grapes.) 

This sparkling wine is part of the "Art of the Andes" series and is recognized for its high value and crispness.

Award Recognition: The Don Rodolfo Brut recently earned 92 Points and was named the Best Argentinian Wine at the 2024 USA Wine Ratings. 

• Tasting Notes: Handcrafted to reveal fresh aromas and flavors of green apples, ripe citrus, and fragrant spices.
• Palate: Light-bodied with well-balanced acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Food Pairings: Its high acidity allows it to cut through rich dishes like Mac & Cheese, but it also pairs perfectly with fish tacos, fried appetizers, or oysters. It is frequently recommend  for making mimosas due to its dry, crisp profile that balances well with orange juice.
