Time for Wine invites you to go beyond the pour.
In this interactive session, you’ll become the winemaker, crafting your own signature blend using premium varietals, all while supporting"Mary Has a Little Farm"—a local nonprofit at Mary Help of Christians Center dedicated to farm education and student outreach for the Hillsborough County community.
The Experience Includes:
- Master the Blend: A guided, hands-on workshop where you’ll taste, measure, and mix your own custom wine.
- Unleash your creativity: Make a custom label.
- Artisanal Pairings: Hand-selected charcuterie (cured meats, gourmet cheeses, and seasonal bites) designed to complement your creations.
- Wine Wisdom: Professional insights into the art of blending and the stories behind the grapes.
- Farm Perks: A chance to wander the grounds, meet the animals, and see exactly where your support is growing.

Sip, Savor and Swoon: A Night of Wine & Chocolate
Join us for an indulgent two-hour, seated tasting where guests will be guided through a curated pairing menu featuring a delicious selection of wines and handcrafted chocolates.Each tasting includes four pours of carefully chosen wines, each paired with a complementary chocolate designed to enhance every sip.During the evening, guests will enjoy a brief lesson into the world of chocolate and wine and gain insight into the fascinating world of cacao farming — from bean to exquisite bite.We kindly ask guests toarrive 5–10 minutesearly for check-in.Tickets: $35 per guest (ages 21+ with valid ID).Seating is limited and prepayment is required to reserve your seat.
