Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or partially consumed bottles of wine.
• Limited-edition or custom-order items (unless damaged or defective).
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Refund Process:

2. Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns. Please package the item securely and drop it off at an authorized shipping location.
3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue when contacting us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations:
