A wine of medium ruby color with a garnet hue around the rim, that has a medium intensity on the nose.

Nose : Aromas and flavors of red fruits such as strawberry, red cherry, red plums and redcurrant. A delicate floral note of violet, a hint of mint and then richer notes of cocoa, tobacco, vanilla and a hint of game meat.

Palate : The wine is dry with high acidity, high ripe tannins and a medium plus body. It has a medium plus finish that is juicy and hold a pleasant character of liquorice.

Food Pairings: Red meats, flavorful salamis and aged cheeses.
